Two years ago, I made one of the bravest choices of my life: I decided to try again.
For so long, I had been told “no.” Orthodontists and dentists alike dismissed me, and growing up in poverty in rural America, braces were never even a possibility. By the time I was finally in a place to pursue the dream of a confident smile, I was met with disappointment after disappointment. Some dentists even told me I had dozens of cavities that weren’t there, leaving me feeling hopeless, as though I was thousands of dollars and many years away from ever smiling without shame.
Then, everything changed. The same year I discovered Reynolds and Stoner, I also found Dentistry Revolution. Instead of fifteen cavities, I was told I only had two—and I was stunned. For the first time, I felt hope.
When I met Dr. Stoner, he didn’t give me the usual list of reasons why my teeth couldn’t be fixed. He didn’t say, “your gaps are too big” or “we’d have to do jaw surgery.” Instead, he looked at me and simply said, “Should we do Invisalign?” That “yes” was life-changing.
Now, two years later, I finally know the freedom of smiling with joy. I no longer shy away from opportunities that involve public speaking. I no longer hide. Dr. Stoner didn’t just give me straight teeth—he gave me confidence, joy, and a renewed sense of self-worth. That is a gift I will treasure forever. Today I officially graduated from wearing my retainers. I had a wonderful journey with the whole team. I laughed and had a great time with all the ladies and Dr Stoner. Whew! Where do I start?! First of all Dr Stoner is AMAZING!! So friendly so personable and professional. I was in bad shape when I came in 2023 and him and his entire team took care of me from the beginning. I just finished my Angel Aligner treatment and I’m completely speechless. Moved to Vegas and they still made sure my treatment was flawless!! He’s a true perfectionist so just trust the process.
